Custom Pet Portraits
Your Custom Pet Portrait will not be shipped until you have seen a photograph of the completed artwork and give your approval. Once you have approved the finished product it will be shipped to you fully insured. We cannot accept returns of a Custom Pet Portrait. A deposit of 50% of the total price of the artwork is required before the artist starts work. Due to the artist's time and effort in completing the artwork, the deposit is not refundable. Art prints
We include insurance on your Art print delivery. Please inspect your package for visible damage to the delivery package, before the carrier leaves. We make only high quality prints. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your new Art print please return to pencilpet.art.com, in the original package, within 15 days of reciept, and we will refund the price of the print.
Gift Certificates
Unfortunately we cannot refund gift certificates.
